Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The role involves working closely with residents, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care and promote independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Holds a qualification at Level 7 or above that meets the criteria to be registered as a Social Care Worker with CORU
* Knowledge of quality assurance practice and its application to service provision
* Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with persons with an intellectual disability
* Knowledge of Person Centred Planning, National Disability Standards (HIQA), clinical and human resource policies and procedures
