Commercial Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects and contracts. The successful candidate will ensure completion is on time, within budget, and to legal and quality assurance requirements and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with all commercial aspects of allocated projects.
* Preparation of monthly cost and value reconciliation reports/project cost control.
* Preparation and submission of interim valuations.
* Manage and value variations.
* Attend meetings for the agreement of final accounts.
* Post-contract liaison with clients.
* Joint responsibility of managing contract costs including payments to sub-contractors.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent discipline.
* 3+ years of experience with building contractor.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Organisational skills are crucial.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Proficient with IT software and packages.
