I am working with a leading National Charity who are looking for a Volunteer Support Officer to work closely with their Fundraising Team Lead to support local volunteer fundraising Branches in Connacht and the North-West.
This is a three day week role and you should have a strong background in customer service combined with people management skills and also volunteering experience.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and build relationships with branches across Connacht and be responsive to their requirements.
Maximise the success of fundraising events and campaigns in the region Help to grow the branches and income in the region.
Engage with potential clients and volunteers to support the development of the Branches.
This role will require travel within the region and some weekend work Experience/Requirements Excellent interpersonal skills able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
Be able to demonstrate understanding of people management, motivations and working styles.
Ability to forge strong, lasting relationships within the volunteering communities.
Comfortable in cold-calling environment.
Full clean driving license
