About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with an enterprise focus to support an industry leader in advanced AI systems and enterprise-grade models. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain exposure to complex, high-value sales environments.
You will help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging prospective enterprise clients, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle. You'll work closely with experienced sales professionals, giving you strong opportunities for development and progression.
What You'll Do
* Proactively engage enterprise prospects through outbound outreach and structured follow-up
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding business needs and challenges
* Support the enterprise sales cycle from initial contact through later-stage coordination
* Work toward monthly KPIs and performance metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to client success
* Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management in Salesforce
* Stay informed on product updates and market trends
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Some experience in B2B sales, tech, or SaaS is beneficial, but strong motivation and interest in sales are most important
* Native or fluent
German
language proficiency
* Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to professional audiences
* Willingness to learn a consultative, solution-focused approach
* Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus but not required)
* Openness to feedback and commitment to improving your sales skills
* A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment
