Sales Operations ExecutiveKTC Safety (An Ayrton Group Company) is one of the largest training organisations in Ireland & has an experienced and highly skilled team approved by many awarding bodies which enables us to provide professional safety to industries such as Agriculture, Arboriculture, Construction, Forestry, Horticulture, Industrial, Pesticides, Quarrying, Scaffolding, Transport and many more.We are an approved SOLAS, QQI, RSA, City & Guilds NPTC, Lantra Awards, CIEH, IOSH & Irish Heart Foundation training centre.We currently have a full-time position sales position available for someone who is looking to take a move into a dynamic industry. We have a brilliant opportunity due to growth in our business.This role is a mixture of strategic proactive outbound sales to targeted areas in agreement with the commercial director, as well as dealing with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the existing sales team with daily sales administration activities based in our office in Portlaoise.The role would consist of:Strategic sales targetingProcessing a high volume of sales calls & emails.Booking coursesProcessing of sales transactionsSupporting the team with general operations to help reach the team's objectivesCommunicating internally important feedback from customersCollaborate with internal teams to schedule and coordinate training courses, ensuring optimal calendar utilizationIdentifying new customer opportunitiesBuilding and maintain rapport with key customersPerform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business operations.The ideal candidate would have the following experience and qualities:Minimum of 3 years' sales experienceStriking interpersonal and communication skills requiredPleasant and professional phone mannerWilling to learn our product and the different variationsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proven team playerSelf-driven attitude towards filling courses and maximising scope on the calendarGeneral flexibility is required with a good all round business acumenA knowledge or a background in General Safety Training or the Construction Industry is of an advantage, as is experience in selling to the Construction, Forestry, Manufacturing Industries.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5.00pmLocation: Ballydavis, Portlaoise, Co.
