Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or ITEC qualified Beauty Therapist/Esthetician with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, confident in their expertise, and comfortable in a leadership role.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in aesthetics/advanced beauty
Excellent client care and strong communication skills
A genuine passion for skincare and results-driven treatments
Ability to work on own initiative, with honesty and reliability
Strong leadership and training abilities
Fluent English with excellent presentation and professionalism
Treatments & Skills (desirable experience in):
Advanced facials (deep cleansing, enzyme/chemical peels)
Microneedling
Strong product knowledge (skincare ingredients, Obagi, SkinCeuticals)
Spa or clinic experience
Proactive with strong initiative
Honest, reliable, and professional with excellent presentation
Stock control, rostering, and inventory management
Sales skills, post-treatment follow-ups, and achieving team targets
Client retention and relationship building
