We are currently recruiting for a seasoned Deli Manager to oversee all aspects of the deli department, including sales performance, profitability, waste reduction and product quality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting food safety requirements in accordance with Food Safety Regulations and our company's policies.
Responsibilities:
* To manage and motivate the deli team to achieve high standards of customer service
* To maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory management and sales data
You must have at least 1 year's experience as a fresh food deli manager with exposure to Microsoft Office (Excel Word) numerical skills gross profit margin knowledge rostering budgets HACCP trained Lead by example
