Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations across multiple entities. This role will involve managing weekly and monthly payroll for over 200 employees.
* Process weekly payroll for one division and monthly payroll for another.
* Upload pension payments and manage payroll-related benefits (VHI, life assurance, long-term illness).
* Maintain accurate employee payroll files.
* Track company vehicles and BIK for drivers.
* Liaise with external payroll providers.
* Ensure compliance and attention to detail across all payroll activities.
This is a part-time role, ideally Monday to Wednesday, with flexibility around hours.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience managing payroll for large teams.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Iris HR or similar systems and IPASS qualification or equivalent experience are preferred. You should be able to liaise confidently with external providers and internal HR/Finance teams, with a proactive, organised approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
