At Culligan, we believe that cleaner, healthier water contributes to improving lives globally. We're looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader to work closely with the Sales Manager and wider Sales Teams.
The Supervisor will ensure the successful delivery of the Growth Plan during a key period of expansion for Culligan.
Responsible for monitoring team performance, coaching and motivating team. The role includes managing daily operations, tracking progress on Leads/Opportunities within the CRM system, and providing guidance to align activities with our Growth Plan and product family strategy.
Requirements
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans.
* Foster a positive and high-performing team culture aligned with company values
* Oversee the execution of the Growth Plan within the assigned geography, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
* Monitor telesales activities to ensure accurate and timely setup of accounts and adherence to sales processes.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.
* Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM systems with key information for tracking KPIs and targets.
* Collaborate with operational teams to guarantee efficient delivery of cooler sales and customer satisfaction
* Maintain strong communication channels across departments to support smooth operations.
* Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Monitor compliance with personal governance standards and suggest improvements to onboarding processes, policies, and procedures.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance telesales efficiency and effectiveness.
* Track and analyze team performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
* Use data insights to identify trends, address gaps, and implement corrective actions.
