Process Technician Job Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the setup, operation, and maintenance of polymer processing lines in the field of injection moulding.
* Optimize polymer processing lines to ensure efficient production.
* Apply technical expertise of processing characteristics and parameters across a wide range of polymer materials.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to maintain production flow and quality standards.
* Maintain a strong company reputation by adhering to all relevant Quality and Safety regulations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within production processes.
Key Qualifications:
* National Qualification or equivalent
* Completed a Polymer Technology Apprenticeship qualification or equivalent.
* Strong technical knowledge in polymer processing.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and willingness to work on a varied shift system.
