About Your New Job
We are seeking an experienced Software Tester to take full ownership of the end-to-end testing lifecycle for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP implementation.
This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic oversight and practical delivery. You will define and drive the overall testing strategy, lead UAT planning and execution, manage defects end-to-end, and ensure the programme is delivered with structure, pace, and quality.
You will work closely with programme leadership, third-party vendors, SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure testing is coordinated, effective, and aligned to go-live readiness.
What Skills You Need
Strong background as a Software Tester on large-scale ERP implementations
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Proven experience owning UAT, regression, and post–go live testing cycles
Experience defining testing strategy, governance frameworks, entry/exit criteria, and defect processes
Strong defect lifecycle management experience (log, prioritise, track, retest, close)
Experience managing third-party vendors and coordinating across multiple business functions
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Azure DevOps beneficial
Highly structured, organised, and outcomes-driven approach
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Role Requirements
Minimum 3 days per week onsite in Limerick
Ability to lead workshops, walkthroughs, and defect triage sessions
Experience aligning testing outputs with training and documentation readiness
