Job Title: Senior Electrical Team Lead

About the Role:
* Directly responsible for managing a team of electrical service engineers.
* Maintain customer satisfaction excellence.
* Ensure seamless communication between the back-office team and field engineers.
* Conduct regular health and safety audits and equipment checks to identify best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily/weekly reports to senior management.
* Identify training needs through on-site visits and audits.
* Manage field capacity to meet client forecasts.
Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician with 2+ years' management experience; Valid Verification & Certification qualification (QC number); Valid Safe Pass advantageous; 3+ years domestic experience; Excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to contribute technical knowledge to proposals and reports; Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills required; Ability to manage and deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clients; Ability to lead and motivate large teams; Innovative, creative, and proactive approach with solutions-driven mindset.
