Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As the central point of contact for customers, you will handle service requests, updates and issue resolution via phone and email.
You will be responsible for coordinating engineer workloads, maintaining service calendars, and updating internal systems with live job information.
Key responsibilities include:
* Organising routine preventative maintenance visits
* Working with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical or operational issues
* Producing and analysing reports to identify trends and drive improvements
* Preparing quotes and processing invoices for non-contract services
* Supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives and contributing to project activities
Requirements:
* 6 months experience in customer service, planning, logistics or similar function
* Strong communication skills with confident phone manner
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Problem-solver with proactive, self-motivated approach
* Team player with confidence to take initiative and make decisions when needed
