Global Treasury Management Specialist
This is a challenging role within our administration team, involving account management, signatory administration and compliance.
Key stakeholders include business units and banking partners. A key aspect of the role is ensuring adherence to Global Bank Account policies and procedures.
The specialist will be responsible for assisting with banking related aspects in support of strategic initiatives.
They will also take ownership of managing and maintaining Core data stored on the Kyriba TMS (Treasury Management System).
Responsibilities include:
* Understanding relevant documents including Board Resolutions/Certificate of Incorporation/Trade Register/Account opening forms/Bank Signatory forms.
* Knowledge of payments and reporting, including Swift messaging types and formats.
* Experience responding to KYC/AML/Sanctions requests from banks.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
* Ability to multi-task and manage workload effectively.
* Awareness of controls and risks, including experience responding to audit requests.
* Investigation, troubleshooting and resolution skills are necessary.
* Excellent communication skills are required to clearly convey information to stakeholders.
