Kindercare Childcare is currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Childcare
Office Administrator to join our team in a busy childcare setting.
This is a key role that supports the smooth running of our service and ensures compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements..
Job Description:
Prepare Parent’s invoices for distribution to parents in a timely manner.
Debit invoices using the Eazyeft Software
Monitor and account for receipt of fees from parents
Support the effective functioning of the front office
General office administration including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Managing communications via phone, email, and in person
Supporting the Manager with funding applications and compliance reporting
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
Discretion and attention to detail are essential
Desirable:
Knowledge of Pobal and the HIVE platform is a significant advantage
Familiarity with childcare regulations and funding schemes
Fetac Level 5 or above in Childcare

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €16.50-€19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
