About the Role:
Clarity is hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager to work as part of a team involved in the care of young adults in a detention campus.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager with overall accountability to the Campus Director.
Key Responsibilities include providing integrated primary healthcare, conducting assessments and reporting, safeguarding and legal compliance, and managing medication safely while leading health education and promotion programs.
Requirements
* NMBI registration in good standing. Decision Letters will not be accepted.
* Minimum of one year post-registration experience within an acute setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Both technical and professional expertise are required.
