Join a growing team of successful and ambitious people who are dedicated to the GARLAND Way and making it happen.We are currently seeking an Administrator / Document Controller to join our growing team in Limerick, supporting the administration and documentation side of our projects including the roles of PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) and Assigned Certifier roles on construction projects across Ireland.Description and Details:The successful candidate will be a motivated, enthusiastic and a conscientious professional. They will be responsible for creating, maintaining, distributing, and filing all documentation and ensuring all administration work is completed in a timely manner.The main duties will consist of:Coordinate and manage project documentation across all stages of the construction lifecycleEnsure accurate and timely distribution, filing, and archiving of all relevant documentationAssist in preparing preliminary Safety and Health Plans and project Safety FilesAssist in preparing Commencement Notices and Completion NoticesLiaise with external stakeholders to gather and compile information required for construction projectsSupport internal teams with general administrative and office-based tasksMaintain document control systems and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirementsRequirements:Previous experience in a construction environment (e.g. contractor, site clerk) is a strong advantageKnowledge of PSDP role and Assigned Certifier roles under BCAR legislation is highly desirableFamiliarity with document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex, or similar) is a distinct advantageExcellent administrative, organisational, and prioritisation skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Able to work independently while contributing as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic work environmentSalary:Commensurate with experience.Benefits:GARLAND offers a 9-day fortnight whereby staff can take a day off every second Friday having previously worked up the time to be able to do so.Flexibility of working hoursPositive working environmentVariety of projectsSocial Committee events.Annual Leave increases with years of serviceSports Social ClubCycle to Work SchemeTravel Saver SchemePension SchemeDeath in Service SchemeEmployee Wellness and Assistance ProgrammeHow to Apply/Contact:Please submit your CV and references to
