We're looking for a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our vibrant kitchen team. This role involves preparing and cooking dishes across a designated section, working collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

* Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, maintaining quality control and presentation.
* Support the senior chefs in kitchen management, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a chef or strong Commis ready to step up.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal produce.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends.
