Food & Beverage Assistant: 4 Shifts Per Week(Mornings- Afternoons)
We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team at The House Hotel.
The Role
* Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
* Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
* Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
* Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
* Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* Assisting in other departments as required.
The Person
* Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
* Previous experience in a food and beverage operation.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Micros Experience would be preferable.
* Mid week and weekend availability required.
