IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN | NORTH COUNTY DUBLIN | PERMANENT
We are excited to work with a wonderful client in North County Dublin who is expanding their team They are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join them on a permanent basis. There is plenty of on-site parking available, and the location is easily accessible by public transport.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM.
AS IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN|
1. Provide friendly remote technical support to customers, including helping with device installations and troubleshooting.
2. Coordinate on-site installations for customers.
3. Share your technical expertise with the pre-sales team.
4. Offer assistance to your colleagues with any technical challenges they might face.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES|
5. Deliver remote technical support to customers all over Ireland.
6. Assist in remotely installing devices on internal networks.
7. Coordinate on-site installations of products.
8. Help the pre-sales team with technical recommendations.
9. Provide support and assistance to fellow team members.
10. Troubleshoot technical issues, while also managing ticket escalation and logging.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR|
11. At least two years of relevant experience in an IT support role.
12. A solid understanding of networks and network infrastructure.
13. Excellent customer service skills, along with strong technical abilities, especially with MS Office programs.
14. Relevant certifications, such as Comp-TIA Network+ or CCNA, would be a plus.
15. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team while managing and prioritising your daily tasks.
