An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the management team of a busy and well-established 4-star hotel in Balbriggan, Co.

The Role This is a full-time role, working an average of 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities Assist food & beverage operations across the hotel's restaurant, bars, and conference/function areas Lead, motivate and support a team of approximately 25-30 staff members Ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times Liaise closely with the kitchen team regarding menus and food service Support operations during functions, conferences and events Assist with weekly stocktakes, rostering, and departmental administration Support staff training and development Drive sales initiatives in conjunction with the in-house sales team Cover duty management shifts across the hotel when required Work closely with the wider hotel management team on daily operational needs Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor in a busy 3*/4* hotel Strong background and knowledge of food & beverage operations HACCP trained Excellent people management and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a hands-on approach Ability to multi-task and assist in all operational areas when required Experience in conference & banqueting and events is desirable Experience using hotel front office systems is an advantage Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Fluent English, both written and spoken Flexible, enthusiastic and willing to learn Benefits Free on-site parking Staff meals Group pension scheme Group health insurance (reduced rates) Excellent training and development opportunities Staff reward and recognition initiatives Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
