Carlow. Requirements CORU Registration (essential) QQI Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role within residential or social care services Strong understanding of HIQA regulations, safeguarding, and relevant legislation Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Management qualification at Level 6 (desirable) Full driving licence Key Responsibilities Lead the establishment and ongoing development of a new residential service Recruit, support, and manage a high-performing staff team Ensure the service operates in line with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements Promote a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment Drive a positive culture focused on achieving the best outcomes for young people Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and multidisciplinary teams What's on Offer?
