L&D Instructional Designer - Limerick
Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished L&D Instructional Designer to develop enterprise programming that enhances employees’ professional skills. You will play a key role in ensuring our employees are equipped with the capabilities needed to lead our organization towards strategic goals. The role requires strategic ability to identify and address professional learning and development needs, and to develop best-in-class tools, including job aids, e-learning modules, instructor-led, and virtual courses, along with experiential learning components. This hybrid role (3 days in-office per week) is based in Limerick, Ireland.
* Expert-level skills in program design and development (assessment strategies, instructional design, adult learning approaches, audience analysis, outcome measurement, best practices in professional skills learning, etc.)
* Design and develop e-learning modules
* Create facilitator/participant guides, job aids, and performance support tools
* Strong consulting, influence, conflict management, and negotiation skills
* Program and project management expertise, including process management and governance
* Innovative problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Knowledge of industry best practices in learning asset design and outcome measurement
* High attention to detail and quality standards in deliverables
* Experience in educational, corporate training, or professional services environments, developing strategic training solutions
* Designing engaging development programs for both facilitated (virtual and in-person) and self-paced learning
* Consulting with internal clients to identify needs and translate them into solutions
* Vendor sourcing and management experience
