The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective functioning of building services, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential services.

Responsibilities:

* Oversight of maintenance and operation of all building services including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems.

* Development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure proper functioning and longevity of building services equipment.

* Conduct regular inspections and assessments of building services to identify and address any issues or potential problems.

* Management and oversight of a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to building services and facilities maintenance.

* Collaboration with other departmental managers to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

* Management of resources to identify cost-effective solutions and improvements.
