We are seeking an SAP Manager to grow, develop and lead a new team in Cork that will primarily focus on global initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the successful delivery of SAP projects, in partnership with Business and IS&T teams across the world. The role requires excellent SAP leadership and functional skills, operating in a highly integrated multi-functional environment.DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have relevant experience managing teams to deliver SAP project implementations. The SAP Manager will be responsible for growing and developing a team of junior SAP project managers and SAP analysts in Cork.ResponsibilitiesThe position requires strategic leadership, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to partner with regional and global business teams to drive efficiency and innovations.We are searching for an individual who is strategic, results-driven, and capable of leading in a complex, fast-paced environment.Minimum QualificationsProven ability to guide, mentor, and support both new and experienced project managers in achieving project goals and organisational objectives.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience leading global, cross-functional teams consisting of both employees and contractorsTrack record in managing SAP implementations in complex environmentsRelevant experience in delivering SAP Projects either as Manager, Project Manager or ConsultantPreferred QualificationsRelevant experience in managing people, with a focus on leadership and team development.Experience in forecasting & budgeting multi-million dollar projectsGood knowledge of SAP configuration, including organisation structure, master data, outputs, logistics, service management and salesKnowledge and/or experience of implementing SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related technologies
