Senior Receptionist

This is a pivotal front-of-house role suited to someone who understands the professionalism, pace, and accountability that true Reception work demands!
Based within a professional office environment, you will manage all front-of-house operations while also providing ad-hoc administrative support to senior management as required.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a busy front-of-house reception area to an exceptional standard.
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls.
Meeting and greeting guests professionally and ensuring a positive visitor experience.
Managing meeting rooms, hospitality requirements, and office presentation.
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently.
Coordinating post, couriers, deliveries, and general office administration.
Supporting senior management with ad-hoc administrative duties.
Assisting with diary coordination, document preparation, and scheduling where required.
Requirements
Previous experience working specifically as a Receptionist or Front-of-House Coordinator.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive approach
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced corporate environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support senior stakeholders
It is essential that you have previously worked as a Receptionist in a corporate setting – and have also supported senior management with admin requirements.
