Job OverviewPRM Assist is seeking a commercially driven and highly motivated US Sales, Accessibility & Partnerships Manager to drive the growth and adoption of PRM Assist software across airports in the United States.This role combines sales leadership, partnership development, brand promotion, and accessibility engagement, with a primary focus on winning new airport customers and expanding commercial relationships across the aviation sector.The successful candidate will work closely with airport operators, service providers, accessibility stakeholders, and passengers to ensure PRM Assist solutions deliver both commercial value and real-world improvements to passenger assistance and accessibility services.This is a customer-facing, travel-focused role offering the opportunity to shape how PRM Assist is adopted and perceived across the US aviation industry while contributing to improvements in accessible travel.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (Primary Focus)· Lead sales activity across the US airport market to drive adoption of PRM Assist solutions· Identify and develop new sales opportunities with airports, airport operators, and service providers· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and contract close· Deliver product demonstrations and commercial presentations to airport stakeholders· Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve agreed revenue targets· Work with company leadership to refine sales strategy and market positioning· Support onboarding and engagement of new airport customers· Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing airport clientsAccount & Partnership Development· Build long-term relationships with airport operators and service providers· Act as a trusted partner to airport operational and accessibility teams· Support successful customer adoption and long-term account growth· Develop strategic partnerships within airport operations and accessibility servicesAccessibility & Community Engagement· Engage with disability organizations, accessibility advocates, and PRM user groups across the US· Build relationships with accessibility stakeholders to better understand passenger needs· Gather insights from PRM users to inform product development and service improvements· Act as an ambassador for inclusive and accessible airport travelIndustry Representation & Brand Promotion· Represent PRM Assist at aviation conferences, trade shows, and industry events· Build PRM Assist's presence within airport accessibility and passenger assistance communities· Support sponsorships, events, and industry partnerships aligned with PRM and accessibility operationsPassenger App & Marketplace Adoption· Support airports in promoting adoption of the PRM Assist passenger app· Work with airport commercial teams to expand marketplace offerings within the app· Encourage adoption of retail, food & beverage, and service offerings available via the platform· Gather insight into PRM passenger purchasing behavior to support marketplace growthPassenger Experience & Feedback· Support passenger surveys and feedback initiatives relating to PRM services and technology· Provide structured customer and passenger insights to internal product and commercial teams· Support customer satisfaction initiatives and communication programsTravel & On-Site Engagement· Travel across the US to meet airport customers and prospects· Attend conferences, industry meetings, and partner events· Spend time on-site at airports to understand operational challenges and demonstrate solutions· Occasional international travel may be requiredRequired Skills & ExperienceEssential· Experience working within aviation, airport operations, or accessibility services· Experience engaging with accessibility or disability-focused organizations· Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within aviation, transport, or enterprise SaaS· Strong understanding of airport operations or passenger services environments preferred· Excellent communication and presentation skills· Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills· Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and activities simultaneously· Willingness to travel frequently within the US· Ability to work independently in a remote or field-based roleDesirable· Background in partnerships, account management, or enterprise SaaS solutions· Understanding of passenger-facing digital platforms or mobile applicationsPersonal Attributes· Commercially focused and target driven· Passionate about accessibility and improving passenger experiences· Personable, confident, and professional· Empathetic and user-focused· Proactive and comfortable working independently· Culturally aware and adaptable in diverse environmentsLocation - preferred location - Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago.
