IT Compliance Analyst
, supporting the development and delivery of a robust Regulatory Change Management (RCM) framework.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of IT Compliance, you will play a central role in strengthening the company's IT regulatory compliance capability, ensuring the business maintains its edge in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. This is a highly visible position that combines analytical rigour with strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement and continuously enhance the IT Compliance Regulatory Change Management process.
* Monitor and assess global IT-related regulatory developments, identifying their impact and ensuring compliance across all business divisions.
* Liaise with Compliance Officers, Group Compliance, and Technology stakeholders to coordinate advisory support, assessments, and implementation plans.
* Analyse and interpret complex regulatory changes, translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
* Prepare concise updates and reports for senior stakeholders, including gap analyses and progress tracking.
* Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
* Maintain and update compliance-related policies, procedures, and user guides.
* Develop and implement effective internal communication frameworks for regulatory updates and compliance initiatives.
About You
* Degree-qualified in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
* 5–8 years' experience in financial services, ideally in compliance or legal.
* Strong understanding of IT-related regulation, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
* Proven ability to interpret, assess, and implement regulatory changes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex regulatory concepts.
* Confident engaging with senior management and leading cross-functional discussions.
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and Power BI.
* Experience with compliance tools such as Cube and/or cybersecurity-related regulation is advantageous.
