Job description We are working with a family owned and operated producer of high quality preserves, relish, chutney and sauces based in Ballyvourney Co. Cork. Key Responsibilities: Cooking of fresh food in a HACCP controlled food factory using large scale equipment. Working to cook established recipes to agreed specifications. Previous experiences of preparation and cooking of fresh foods an advantage. Full training will be provided. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Rate starting @ €15.00/hr Schedule: Day shift Monday to Thursday Experience: Preparation & Cooking of Foods Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications and use IT system as required Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards. Assist with the cleaning and organisation of factory and equipment Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards Must have conversational English Skills: Preparation Food factory HACCP
