About The Role
Now let us tell you about the role: To provide a senior leadership pipeline of talent into the business, gaining knowledge of all sections of the business over a three-year graduate programme that is focused on understanding, skills and knowledge development and behavioural competency. The programme is designed to identify the area of the business where maximum benefit can be sought from the individual, whilst also having knowledge of the wider business workings.
Programme Schedule
The three-year graduate programme is designed to develop knowledge in all sectors of the company, whilst adding benefit to each function along the way, through six modules that are in place. Project work will be a key activity during each module, while building confidence and skills during placement periods. During Period Six, final placement will be decided based on performance and preference, during the programme.
1. Period One – Operations / SHEQ
2. Period Two – Sales and Collections
3. Period Three – Finance and IT
4. Period Four – Human Resources
5. Period Five – Legal, Compliance & ESG
6. Period Six – Project Management
Starting Salary – €30k
Gain a solid and hands-on understanding of Operations and SHEQ across the group and how these drive the business performance.
Salary Progression
* Salary Review – €32k – Develop knowledge of the Finance and IT function through work completed in relevant sites throughout the group.
* Salary Review – €35k – Work within the HR team to deliver change / development on specific projects and add value to the HR function through insight and skill.
* Salary Review – further progression through project delivery and impact.
Development & Support
Development Programme consisting of four development sessions (two-days each) over the first two-year period, linking to future leadership competencies. Modules include:
* The role of a leader in Beauparc, Effective Teamwork and Managing change & feedback mechanisms
* Presentation skills, Effective leading through communication and Coaching skills
* People Management skills: Interviewing, Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary and Grievance and Performance management skills including PDR conversations
* Influencing & Negotiating, Delegation & Time management and Decision making and Problem solving
* Personality Profiling (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence in Year Two to aid future role decisions
* Microsoft Office skills, Project Management and Report Writing; presentations to Senior Leaders and Group Exec will be required as part of the review process
Support and Development
Includes four development sessions (two-days each) over the first two years, with ongoing project-based assignments and performance reviews.
