About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Store Leader. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will be working closely with our Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager to lead the store team and ensure that all store policies, standards, and practices are followed. You will also be responsible for taking charge of the store in the absence of other leaders, including keyholder responsibility.
A successful Store Leader should be able to inspire and motivate their team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and colleagues alike.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members. If you have previous retail experience and a track record of success in a supervisory role, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to provide a shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Take responsibility for the store in the absence of other leaders
- Train and manage the workload of your team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service
- Support the Store Manager to maximize store performance
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, with at least 6 months at a supervisory level
- Natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members
- Target driven and focused on continuous improvement

Working Hours
This is a full-time position available working 30 hours per week, 4 days a week. Full flexibility is required, including opening and closing shifts.
