Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our agent network, ensuring our industrial and technical gases reach a wide range of end-users. You will also take the lead in developing and growing our hobby product line. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in sales management and a passion for building successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Network Management: You will be the primary point of contact for our existing network of agents. Your role is to support them, drive sales to their locations, and ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.
Business Development: Proactively identify and recruit new agents to expand our market reach and increase sales of our industrial and technical gases.
Customer Relationship Management: Guide end-users to our agent network, fostering strong relationships and ensuring our products meet their needs. Our product range includes Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide, welding gases, brewing gases, leak detection gases, and a variety of specialty mixtures supplied in both cylinders and bundles.
Hobby Range Management: Take full ownership of our hobby product line. This includes promoting the products, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategies to grow this segment of the business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed targets for both our industrial and hobby gas divisions.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales account management or business development role, preferably within the industrial, technical, or manufacturing sectors.
A strong understanding of agent or distributor-based sales models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
A passion for sales and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to agent and customer sites as needed.
