Customer Service Executive
Excel Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive for our client who specialises in healthcare products and home upgrade solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to improving quality of life through innovative home adaptations. This is a full time, office-based position.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain accurate work schedules.
2. Act as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring smooth job starts, completions, and issue resolution up to invoicing.
3. Coordinate ordering of materials, generate work orders, and track stock levels.
4. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and healthcare professionals (including Occupational Therapists) to ensure timely project delivery.
5. Update CRM systems and company software (Xero, Hubdoc, SimPRO, Microsoft Office) as required.
6. Handle customer queries, snags, and provide support during and after installations.
7. Assist with office administration, reception duties, and general support tasks.
8. Take new leads and arrange appointments for surveys and fittings.
9. Collaborate with finance for invoicing and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
10. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration.
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and multiple tasks.
12. Excellent communication skills for liaising with customers, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Xero and CRM systems preferred
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
