About the roleTLI Group are accepting applications for a Lead Electrical Estimator, who will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical infrastructure projects. Working closely with the Bid, Commercial, and Engineering teams, the successful candidate will ensure tenders are technically compliant and commercially viable. Our teams have offices in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and Ireland.Qualifications and SkillsQualifications• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related fieldKnowledge• Strong technical understanding of LV, MV, and HV electrical systems• Proficient in MS Excel and estimating software (e.g. Candy, ConQuest, CCS)• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and health & safety regulationsExperience• Minimum 5 years in electrical estimating within power, utilities, or construction• Experience with clients such as ESB Networks, EirGrid, or similarSkills• Strong attention to detail• Excellent analytical and numerical skills• Ability to interpret technical documents• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Commercially astute and cost-focused• Capable of working independently and collaboratively
