#SETUW South East Technological University (SETU) is the only provider of higher education in the South East region of Ireland. The Faculty of Science and Computing at SETU Waterford is composed of five Departments, one of which is the Department of Pharmacy. The Department was established to facilitate the development and roll out of a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) at SETU. The newly established department builds on an established track record of undergraduate, taught postgraduate and PhD activities in pharmaceutical science, molecular biology with biopharmaceutical science, pharmacy technician and health science programmes at the university. The Department is connected to industry through the Pharmaceutical and Molecular Biotechnology Research Centre (PMBRC) and its industry board. The Head of Department will have the relevant skills and experience to manage a very dynamic department while supporting the broader activities of the Faculty and the university.
