Brief OverviewWe're looking for a senior Bid Manager to lead high-value project tenders across Ireland and Europe. This is a pre-construction leadership role, responsible for bid strategy, pricing, and team development.You'll manage bids from early engagement through submission, while building and leading an estimating team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end bid and tender processesDevelop bid strategies, pricing, and commercial positioningManage and grow a team of estimatorsCoordinate input from design, commercial, procurement, and delivery teamsSubmit bids directly to end users and via main contractorsSupport wider pre-construction and growth strategyBackgroundStrong experience as a Bid Manager / Pre-Construction ManagerQS or estimating background highly desirableProven leadership and team-building capabilityExperience working with major contractors (Irish or European)
