Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Director will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality management system that ensures the highest standards of quality in all products.
* Develop and maintain a fully compliant quality management system aligned with international standards and customer requirements.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality control points and identify areas for improvement.
* Lead a team of quality assurance technicians in their daily activities and provide guidance on quality-related matters.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure seamless communication.
* Manage the review process for SOPs, material specifications, and finished product specifications to ensure clarity and compliance.
* Support training programs related to product safety, legality, and quality for all staff members.
* Identify and remove root causes of non-conformances through robust internal audits and trend analysis.
* Prepare and manage audit preparations, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-party audits, and close-out actions.
