The development includes office accommodation, a custody suite, staff support facilities, and associated ancillary buildings, all delivered to modern operational standards.Located on a brownfield site, the project requires careful coordination of construction activities, integration of building services, and compliance with security, safety, and sustainability requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Checking drawings, plans, and quantities to ensure accuracyInterpreting design documents and collaborating with consultants, architects, and engineersLiaising with subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to coordinate worksAttending regular site and client meetings to communicate progressSetting out, levelling, and surveying across various structural and public realm elementsOrganising and managing site logistics to maintain productivity and safety standardsResolving technical challenges and ensuring smooth workflow on-siteImplementing quality control procedures and adhering to Health & Safety policiesPreparing site reports and maintaining documentationMinimum RequirementsA minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar engineering roleA relevant degree in engineering or constructionExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with a proactive and independent working styleProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project and PowerPointAll applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
