Key Position Summary
The role of a Branch Manager is crucial in ensuring the success of our Sales Office operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving targets set by the business.
Primary Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the Sales Office, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
* Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure staff are equipped to meet their targets.
