We are recruiting a
Channel Controller – Convenience & Wholesale
on behalf of one of Ireland's largest and most established food companies. This organisation boasts a portfolio of
market-leading, number one brands
across multiple categories and continues to invest strongly in people, brands and growth.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with full responsibility for the Convenience and Wholesale channel, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced channel leader or a high-potential commercial manager ready to step up.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will:
1. Lead, coach and develop a
high-performing team of circa 3 people
2. Own and deliver the
channel strategy
for Convenience & Wholesale
3. Drive revenue, profit and market share across a portfolio of leading brands
4. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key customers across Ireland
5. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance
6. Use insight and data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
About You
You will ideally have:
1. Proven people management and leadership experience
2. Experience
leading a channel
, or clear evidence of readiness to step into a channel leadership role
3. Strong commercial acumen within FMCG, ideally with exposure to Convenience and/or Wholesale
4. Excellent customer engagement and negotiation skills
5. A strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute at pace
