Reperio has partnered with a client seeking a contracted Solution Architect – SAP SuccessFactors who can bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful end-to-end HR transformation.
This is a key role in shaping innovative, scalable solutions in dynamic enterprise environments. (6 months with potential for extension)
Responsibilities:
1. Design and oversee the architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, aligning with business goals.
2. Lead workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders to define robust solution designs.
3. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
4. Provide technical leadership on integrations, data migration, and platform scalability.
5. Ensure compliance with best practices and governance frameworks in cloud HR technology.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ideally across Employee Central and at least one other module (., Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS).
7. Strong knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, APIs).
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. A track record of delivering HRIS transformations in medium to large organisations.
10. SAP SuccessFactors certifications and experience in Agile or hybrid project environments are a plus.
