HR Business Partner - Manufacturing - West Cork - Perm
Responsibilities
* Act as the HR lead building relationships with employees, managers, and senior management.
* Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, and escalation of issues where needed.
* Partner with site leadership to ensure a safe, fair, and high-performing workplace.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development
* Monitor absence and performance trends
* Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
* Provide regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics
Qualifications
* Degree or professional qualification in HR
* 5+ years’ HR experience
* At least 2 years in a senior generalist capacity.
* Ideally coming from SME or manufacturing background
