Job Description:
As a skilled Wedding and Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional wedding and event experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the reactive Wedding & Events Team, leading them to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction through accurate and timely processing of all wedding, conference, and private function enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of weddings and events
* Assist in creating strategies for maximizing revenue
* Maintain seamless communication with hotel departments
* Analyze business data to identify new opportunities
The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years' experience as a Wedding & Event Management professional with previous team management experience being an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills are required along with personal presentation excellence.
The ability to work flexible hours is also essential as working weekends may be required for weddings & events. -----------------------------------
