EDI & Wellbeing Projects Coordinator
This role entails spearheading strategic initiatives that promote equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across the organisation's membership and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of EDI reforms, aligning with organisational strategy.
* Advise senior leadership on EDI priorities and sector-wide developments.
* Contribute to university outreach, access initiatives, and professional development programmes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant governance frameworks.
* Oversee the internal staff EDI Committee and integrate best practices across departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Equality Studies, Cultural Diversity, Disability Studies, or a related field, and at least three years' experience working in EDI, preferably in legal, professional services, or membership-based organisations.
