Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar environment, with a proven ability to manage retail sales teams and excellent operational knowledge of the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales and maintain excellent standards throughout the store.
* Liaise regularly with regional operations Manager to ensure effective communication.
* Maximize sales through effective management and training of staff.
* Take responsibility for staffing levels and develop strategies to improve productivity.
* Maintain merchandising and presentation of the store to the highest standard at all times.
* Manage all Health & Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements within the store.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a similar environment.
* Proven ability in managing retail sales teams.
* Excellent operational knowledge of the retail environment.
