* Strategic Partnership Development: Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive strategic partnerships and business growth.
* Become a Trusted Advisor: Build trust and credibility with clients through expert knowledge and guidance, positioning yourself as a go-to resource.
* Lead Customer Success: Develop and execute plans to ensure customers achieve optimal results from our solutions, driving retention, renewals, and advocacy while preventing churn.
* Service Excellence Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, address issues across product, support, and billing, and create service improvement plans to enhance satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include leveraging expertise to advise on business expansion, generating upsell opportunities, and monitoring product adoption to guide customers through best practices and future developments.
