Foreman / Site Manager required for a busy main contractor involved in a mix of residential and commercial projects.
Current position for a mix of commercial refurbishment works around the Dublin / Kildare / Wicklow Areas Requirements: 5+/- years experience at supervisor level working with a main contractor or developer Trade or Construction related Qualification Ability to take ownership of a project with particular attention to detail Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Must speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Full Clean Drivers License Role: Ensure that works are carried out in compliance with planning, health and safety and building standards and to a high quality Work with the support from Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Office Staff to drive project programmes and completion Manage trades and labour force on site to a programme and schedule of works Be responsible for the communication from site Maintain clean and safe conditions on site Plan and procure materials required on site Package: Basic salary circa €50,000 - €65,000 DOE Company Vehicle, Fuel Card Company Phone Skills: foreman Construction Management Benefits: Company Vehicle phone fuel card
