Job Description:
Flexsource requires experienced Support staff to join their ever-growing team. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in domestic cleaning, catering, hospitality, or similar support environments. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food service, and patient support within the facility.
Job Title: Support Staff (Domestic Cleaner/Catering Assistant)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work effectively as part of a structured team while managing daily tasks independently
2. Provide flexibility by working across housekeeping and catering departments as required
3. Assist with food and meal preparation in line with dietary and safety guidelines
4. Support safe and efficient food distribution to patients
5. Follow all HACCP and hospital hygiene standards
6. Ensure designated areas are cleaned to required infection-control standards
7. Demonstrate professionalism, respect, and dignity towards patients, visitors, and colleagues
Key Requirements :
8. Valid Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided)
9. Valid HACCP Certificate (training can be provided)
10. Willingness to complete Garda Vetting and Child First Training
11. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
12. Strong communication and teamwork skills
13. Flexibility to work across departments and adapt to changing needs
Hours:
14. Full-time role: 5 days per week, including weekends
15. Day shifts and possible night shifts available
16. Hours may vary depending on roster and department needs
