Role Overview
As a Site Foreman, you'll oversee site activities and subcontractors while remaining hands-on in joinery and fit-out works.
Our factory and loading bay are based in Carndonagh, Co. Donegal, and installations take place at client sites throughout Ireland. You will be required to travel to sites nationwide as and when required and will be stationed at the factory when not needed onsite.
You'll lead daily operations, ensure quality standards, and act as the key link between clients, project managers, and the site team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise joinery teams and subcontractors
* Deliver works to drawings, specifications, and client standards
* Liaise with the workshop on schedules and deliveries
* Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings
* Inspect quality, manage snag lists, and sign off with clients
* Maintain accurate site records and resource management
* Oversee proper use and care of site tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience delivering to high-end finishes under pressure
* Full driving licence required
Desirable:
* Shopfitting, joinery, or fit-out background
* Safe Pass / Manual Handling certification
* Category C driving licence
