Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and execute a variety of high-quality pastry and dessert items.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative menu offerings.
* Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
* Assist in training and supervising junior pastry staff.
* Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Strong skills in pastry and baking with a creative flair.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
